Art workshops to explore your unique creativity.

Experience the healing power of art-making in a safe, non- judgemental space. Try something different. Give the left side of your brain a break.

No talent or experience needed.

Gently facilitated so that you feel at ease.

Process, rather than end product focussed.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful…

to go on a creative journey where you feel safe, free to be yourself and where you can try something new with no one judging you?

We work together to help silence those negative voices that have held you back.

Have you stopped believing in your unique creative ability?

Most young children, when asked if they can draw will answer “yes”, but somehow that knowledge and confidence gets lost somewhere on the way towards adulthood.

Welcome to a space created just for you.

In our classes we introduce the theme and clearly demonstrate the materials. So you’ll feel well equipped to explore and try out different things on your journey of artmaking. Enjoy the moment without having any preconceived ideas or concerns about the end product. No fears around “needing to make a pretty picture”, judgement or comparison.

Each session will include a valuable facilitated reflection time. After you have engaged your artwork you’ll be led through a time of reflecting on some questions regarding your process. This time is personal with no pressure to share with others.

My passion.

Is to be creative using any art (or other) materials, and also to act as a kind of midwife to the birthing of other people’s unique ability to express themselves through art.

About 10 years ago I completed the ASTAR (Awakening Spirit Through Art) facilitation course after personally experiencing the healing power of doing art where the process is emphasised more than the end product. I now largely use this approach in my Art ‘n Soul classes.
